Absolutely. We’ve built Human Program for all students, including ELL students, students with disabilities, neurodivergent learners, ALP students, and homebound students.

Human Program is open to students in Grades 6–12.

It depends on your state. Human Program operates through a mix of public charter and private models. In some states, we are approved as a public charter school. In others, we’re accessed through private-school choice programs funded by ESAs or similar funding structures.

We’re launching in 2026 in states where families can use education choice programs, like Education Savings Accounts (ESAs), to fund enrollment in online learning models. 2. Return any school-owned items (devices, books, etc.).
3. Sign a records release to send transcripts and IEP/504 documents (if applicable).

Human Program is tuition-free for families in states where ESA or school choice funds can be used for virtual or charter schooling. If your state supports this model and your student is eligible, ESA funds can cover your full enrollment.
